About the Client
EQE.ge — the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (EQE) — is a governmental institution responsible for quality assurance and service delivery within Georgia’s education system.
Problem
Citizen visits to the organization were unstructured and chaotic, leading to long wait times, overcrowding, and inefficient use of staff resources. There was no system in place to manage visitor flow or schedule appointments in advance.
Our Solution
We designed and developed a Visit Booking System (booking.eqe.ge) that allows citizens to schedule visits to the organization for a specific date and time. The platform organizes visitor flow, reduces queues, and enables EQE staff to manage appointments efficiently through a centralized system.
