About the Client
EQE.ge — the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (EQE) — is a governmental institution responsible for coordinating education quality initiatives and internal operations across departments in Georgia.
Problem
Managing tasks across multiple departments was unorganized and lacked transparency. Staff had no centralized system to track assignments, deadlines, or progress, which often led to missed tasks or delays.
Our Solution
We developed a TODO Management System that enables EQE to monitor and manage tasks across all departments. The platform provides centralized task assignment, tracking, and progress monitoring, ensuring accountability and timely completion. The system streamlines internal workflows, improves inter-departmental coordination, and allows leadership to have a clear overview of ongoing tasks in real time.
