EQE – National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement is a key institution responsible for ensuring and promoting quality standards across Georgia's educational system.
Problem
There are 2000+ education experts inside the organization and there was no digital tool for administration of expert visits and private information. Managing experts across general, professional, and higher education sectors was cumbersome. Scheduling visits required manual conflict checking, leading to booking errors and administrative delays.
Our Solution
We developed a modern web application that centralizes over 2,000 educational experts in a comprehensive database. The platform features automated visit scheduling with intelligent conflict detection, eliminating booking inconsistencies and streamlining the entire coordination process.
