About the Client
The project was developed for a vocational college in Georgia, aiming to digitize and centralize all academic and administrative processes within a single Learning Management System (LMS).
Problem
The college relied on fragmented tools and manual workflows to manage exams, attendance, evaluations, and academic records. This made administration time-consuming, increased the risk of errors, and limited effective communication between students, teachers, and staff.
Our Solution
We designed and developed a comprehensive College Management & LMS platform tailored specifically for the vocational education sector. The system includes modules for exam management, attendance tracking, student evaluation, library management, academic programs, and full student/teacher administration.
An integrated SMS and email communication module enables timely notifications and announcements across the institution. The platform is fully centralized, secure, and scalable.
