Self Evaluation System (Colleges - Vocational)
The system provides government institutions with a data-driven tool to identify systemic challenges, monitor quality indicators, and support informed decision-making across vocational education institutions.
About This Project
About the Client
EQE.ge — the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (EQE) — is a key governmental institution responsible for ensuring and promoting quality standards across Georgia’s education system, including the vocational education sector.
Problem
The government lacked a unified and reliable tool to identify real issues within vocational colleges related to the quality of education and administrative processes. Existing feedback mechanisms were fragmented and did not reflect the perspectives of all stakeholders involved in the educational ecosystem.
Our Solution
We designed and developed a Self-Evaluation System for Vocational Colleges based on a 360-degree evaluation model. The platform enables colleges to answer structured, criteria-based questions that assess both learning quality and administrative effectiveness.
All key beneficiaries — college administration, teachers, and students — participate in the evaluation process, ensuring comprehensive, balanced, and objective insights.
Project was actively supported by United Nations Development Fund (UNDP).
