Self Evaluation System (Schools)
Self-evaluation system for Schools in Georgia
About This Project
About the Client
EQE.ge — the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (EQE) — is the governmental body responsible for setting, monitoring, and improving quality standards across Georgia’s education system.
Problem
There was no unified digital platform enabling schools to systematically assess the quality of teaching, school management, and learning processes from multiple stakeholder perspectives. Evaluation methods were largely manual, inconsistent, and provided limited actionable insights for national-level quality monitoring.
Our Solution
We designed and developed a Self-Evaluation System for Schools based on a 360-degree evaluation framework. The platform allows schools to conduct structured self-assessments through standardized questionnaires, collecting feedback from school administration, teachers, students and parents.
